I avoid smelly vapes too. Starry had factory smell out of the box which is gone after 20 mins of dry burn-off. Starting from the 2nd bowl no smell detected. Starry is pretty clean vape to me, say purer than CFX. Nothing but ceramic is used in vapor path, considering silicone sealing aside.
