One thing I have realised: A magic flight finishing grinder is a MUST in ones vape arsenal! This things pays for it self and surprised it is so cheap. If you haven't got one, get one! Only fine grinder out there that's so cheap and awesome!

Just remember to give a few gaps inbetween vapes and remember to provide cold air to lower the chamber heat. I can easy hit 2 crucibles in one go with out over heating but depends what heat setting. For me even 1 is high lol but I gradually go up, 1,2,3 and 4. Good luck! And let us know what...

When I received my replacement unit, it did the same also. Just always overheated. However after a few days and making sure the battery was charged fully it was fine and never had a issue. Try using lower temps if you haven't tried that already. Just keep at it and make sure you give enough...

I'm a UK customer also, but I was a phase 1 adopter :) Enjoy, as it's probably the best convec vaporizer out there ! Ease of use and simplicity makes it a awesome device, it's has its issues but I think that's down to you to dial in You're preferences and make it how you want :)

I used a micro USB with a USB c adaptor at the end and worked fine for me. Phase 1.
