Oh I'm well aware of the usual pieces for the solo, had various 18mm bongs, gb-187, d020-d etc. And I actually prefer the larger D020-D over the standard D020... Actually ordered my third D020-D the other day. I'm just seeing a decent amount of praise for the kathy/CCG eggs and was wondering if...

Would the eggs be suitable for vaping through the solo at all?

The CCG egg seems to be quite the hit haha! How suitable would it be for vaping e.g with the Solo? Or should I not bother... In other news, gf broke both my D020-D and GB-187 during an argument so put another order in with sunshine for now :(

Can't go wrong with yingmins GB-187 or sunshinestore's D020-D. I rotate between those 2 and couldn't be happier. GB-187 has a sidecar version GB-187-S... (and a similar and equally great bubbler is stevens FC-187)

Yep as QuetzalcoatlS said, eBay. If you're in the US there'll be plenty available on there locally. I'm not, so I had it shipped to aus from eBay China. I'll of course be getting a stopper eventually but I find an 18mm M2M adapter works well for now :) just block with thumb/finger then lift off...

Tonight it's Solo + GB-187, Claisen (new! pic below) and Blueberry (indica) :tup:. oh and PV Gong with cracked joint. But still works! :D All cleaned daily cos I love vaping through crystal clear glass

Hey, anyone know if the solo PVHEgong is still safe to use if part of the ground glass joint has cracked off? It still functions perfectly, and I'm careful not to cut myself. I ask because I'm certain the gong is getting a lot hotter to the touch than before it broke.. Has some sort of seal or...

No problems here because my Solo is almost always upside down :D ...on a bubbler or bong. At medium temps with more controlled draws, my ABV can turn out quite evenly cooked. That said, when I pull hard and especially at higher temps the material closest to the heater is definitely darker...

Any ETA on the std PVHEGonGs 18mm? Mine broke (part of the ground glass joint came off) :( Still works but I'm not even sure it's still safe to use

I requested the 'larger' 60mm for my gb-187 that just arrived (and yingmin confirmed). It's about 60mm edge to edge, certainly not internal diameter. ID is about 50mm.... Anyone else with measurements? Hope I didn't get the smaller one even though i requested otherwise haha

Would the Dclycler be worth getting for the solo? It would easily work because of the 18mm female joint.. i know it won't be the best piece to vape with but at least for the fun of it now and then? Or not at all..?
