WinZip and 7-Zip are just programs that can compress/uncompress zip files. I'd be happy to help you out with getting those unzipped if you want, just shoot me a PM because I don't want to clog up the thread lol

When I emailed Ralph with my problem he got back to me within 2 or 3 days. It could be that your problem is similar to mine that I posted above, but definitely get in contact with Ralph before you start messing with the housing as it can affect the warranty.

I had trouble installing it on my Cuboid 200 as well, and found out that you have to have the exact Cuboid 200 updater software. If you go here https://www.joyetech.com/mvr-software/ and control-f Cuboid 200 you should be able to find it.

Yeah I do, so inside the wooden housing that connects to the vape mod there are two wires that connect to the base that attaches to the mod. Normally these are soldered in according to Ralph, but somehow one of mine had come loose and detached. This meant that the mod couldn't read the coil nor...

That's the thing that gets me about the Tetra, the heating is just so even with absolutely no stirring at all. Plus the heater WILL keep up with however hard you draw, so through water it's just a beast.

Is it possible to have withdrawals from a vape? Because if so I think I have it, I miss my TetraX so much lol

I'd highly recommend the 3 battery Cuboid 200 running the Tubo software, it has worked absolutely flawlessly for me when my Tetra was up and running. If you look a few pages back you can find a couple links with them in the $20-$30 range.

Well my TetraX has embarked on its cross-continental voyage wrapped up in A LOT of paper towels haha. Can't wait to get it back with a new cooling stem or two added to my inventory. Really really hope everyone else can get the kinks worked out with theirs!

Hmmm what's the mod saying? Is it just not reading the coil at all and displaying ohms/resistance of 0? I figured out the cause of my problems last night was a connection inside the wooden housing had become detached from the 510 connector base. Could be that you're having a similar problem to that
