Theres a you tube vid to convert wax to shatter with a heat gun... kinda works, at least to condense the wax to a more readily vapable viscosity.

It may have a lot of plant material in it. If you are stuck with a bunch of it, you can convert it to oil a couple ways. Easiest would be using 190+ ethanol of you can get real everclear(i.e. not cali). Can do an eth wash and filter with coffee filters, evap and enjoy! Edit: @Mr Mellish

The airholes dont get sealed completely by the washer. I dont feel much of a difference open or closed, but the thing isnt leak proof, air or otherwise.

I remedied this by buying original 71 coils... they work better than the 74 coils for me. Im running a 3.7 sr74 no x.

I have the screen removed on the mouthpiece, but i keep it on with the nibbler(rip). I use the lack of screen on the mouthpiece as a flaming oil defense against my careless acquaintances who are likely to abuse it like their ecig. If they cant be forced to figure out how to hit it properly...

At 7.4 you shouldnt be holding the button that long... its designed to be pulsed. Get a 3.7 k cart and you can hold that button all day if thats your thing. Edit: yes the herc is the shit tho... and i have only had 1 3.7 kiss cart and still works after 3 months

Ive found winterizing to strip terps more than a good low heat purge, but to each their own. Up to 4g ill heat purge in pyrex, more than that and it cant get thin enough on the plate. Also, just tried stok fyre tane on 2 differnt runs, and even on the stuff that usually finishes sappy is...

If anyone makes their own concentrates here im gonna say give stok fyre a shot. Great yield, darker than newport yield, but out of the two goes i got shatter with minimal heat purge. Even at 120 f it was solid in the pyrex.

Theres an instructional on youtube to flash heat that stuff into shatter with your heat gun... works alright but definitely gonna burn terps if not careful.

Dont just throw the gunk away... i have a reclaim jar for my herc and all reclaim gets conglomerated and then i cap and consume as i please. the cannabinoids are activated in reclaim so no need for a food buffer to digest and process.

I can tell you from first hand experience that i do not know why it works better, but my hammer top kicks my v1 tops ass as far as fully firing my herc.
