Vaponic has way more convection than people give credit IMO, and a looser draw which helps with convection. That seems to be the main difference that allows for different effects. IT still has a lot of conduction, at least comparing to my Lotus.

Yeah, especially in the beginning. Mine gives no smell now. At least that is noticeable. I'm sure an all glass or ceramic cap would have a marginal difference in taste.

Yeah, full bowls are much more difficult to vape evenly. It happened in my HI as well. I feel the Lotus works way better with less than half full bowls. I sometimes do "barely covered bowls", it is good to save and the ABV is very even. One other thing i noticed, is when barely covering...

I have the same filter still and i torch to clean it... but it wont hurt to have extra filters. I don't have any other extras with the vaponic, it fits a 14mm gong if you want to use it with a bubbler.

It's a very very nice vape once you master it. Great flavour, a bit more stoney than the Lotus so a great combo to have. :) It is a great go-out vape since it is so easily concealable and carried around.
