Moisture/sizzle isn't a big deal and should not be preventing you from getting a hit. The Herc should hit the same. Are you able to get any vapor production? If you're really bugged about the moisture, you could heat your oil for a bit (low and slow) in a dish or on some parchment. Question...

@BradEllis I think you may have your carts mixed up. The long, thin carts that need a fill tool to load are the old school EO or Essential Oil carts. Those aren't titanium and are extremely outdated. Nowadays, the Persei comes with the KISS carts instead, which are a load as you go style...
