Storz and bickel got back to me about my broken case and said it would cost too much to repair and send back so I could purchase a new complete unit for 50 euro so I have paypal them already and I should have it next week, been without it for over a week already .....

I will have a new periscope and some o rings being posted to me thanks @matte green for sorting it out quickly, good customer service , in the mean time I have been painstakingly seasoning my lily as the periscope still works OK so far with the cracks......

Good second choice for a vaporizer it is amazing how little compared to smoking a good quality vaporizer can get you and price is nothing compared to your health IMO... :leaf::tup:

Well I will be posting me mighty back to Germany today for a repair I only went and dropped it while at work :\.... it has cracked near locking tab for cooling unit so It needs a new case they have said it wont be expensive and that they are not out to make money on repairs :huh:, don't know how...

Cheers did pop it off to charge as you say it only goes in a few mm i have just put it down to testing units and i think end units should have these probs sorted. I did email raymond but have not has an answer yet , does anyone know what the RRP will be? Just wondered as the older one was...

Yeh my usb port has done the same after first charge.......
