If you suck on the vapcap and something hinders the air flow, the pressure is going to drop, (which varies the boiling point of the herb to a lower vape temperature), to produce more vapor. JMHO Doc

Bravo @phattpiggie ,"Get's it" the airport created the necessary pressure drop behind the screen which helped draw the vapor from the load. Everyone forgets atmospheric pressure drop. It lowers the boiling point of the herb. That is vaporization my friend. It will not work without pressure...

Lightly sand the Mouth-piece on the end that is flat. Use the smallest grit you can find. clean and test after each sanding to make sure you don't take off to much. Use a little Dynawax on the condenser to lube. Doc
