did you use water or iso? I did the same but i had iso underneath the cup so it was my fault. I really wish the leads on the heater were thicker to help with the wobble.

what settings are you running it at? i just lowered my wattage and it helped.

I have a rig and regret buying it. The colors are not as bright as the Instagram pictures and it doesn't drain properly. The 14mm joint is also a little wonky. No attention to detail imo.
