I don't leave home with my TM2, so I usually blow my AVB into the garden or on the lawn. In the dead of winter, usually a mason jar with a hole in the lid or flush it down the loo.

My TM2 has been set at 3 for 6 months and hasn't been moved. I just hit it 4-5 times until the flavor is gone and the clouds get lighter, then dump it. I avoid increases in temp on my throat, so everything I need exists at 3 (for now).
