If they have gotten even a couple of batches of 300 heaters, then yeah, the bottleneck is somewhere else. Someone made a good point- if you have X numbers of assembled units ready to ship, but a fraction of those need to be sent out as replacements instead of to new owners, then shipping...

Not to belabor the point, but the concern isn't getting harmed by electricity, it's whether this is a normal function of the design, or is it indicative of a defective unit. Well, that's my concern anyway....
