Without seeing the press you are talking about it sounds pretty nice. But the plates and capacity are a little much for your purposes. These guys should be perfect for what you are looking to do! This should be the perfect press to pair with them. Happy squishing!

It would be on you to remember exactly what setting you left it on though. If you "somehow" managed to forget you'd have to restart the count from the begging or end. Would have to reset from the bottom after a shutdown for similar reasons I figure too. It seems like you either go the pax route...

If you are going to be squishing buds than you really need at least 2000 psi, now if your okay with only squishing a g or two at a time than you can get away with a smaller 6 ton and some 3x3 plates. But if you ever think that you might be squishing a little bit more at a time a 20 ton and 3x5...
