I am really glad I've got back my EQ and found the ELB method. It makes the Cloud withdrawal so much easier.
One of many astonishing things about theCloud was the completeness of extraction possible within one hit.
With any other vape, including the EQ, this was not possible as the were places...
Yes, hovewever I would be a bit scared of using any "fake" vape. In this case I could make an exception because seriously - unless the bamboo is not broken I can't have any concern about the airpath.
Another point is the PHS. How can we know its programmed and calibrated right? With this price I...
I am beginning to think if it is possible to buy one of these only for spare parts - to take the whole bamboo with heater out of that and replace my broken genuine bamboo with that. I think that only takes resoldering 4 wiresat the PCB. A new bamboo is the only thing my Cloud needs - it still...
Volcano is German vape, thatš why it's cheaper in EU. All other good ones are from US and there is not enough demand here in EU yet to make US manufacturers mass-export them cheaply.
It's sad that there is least demand for vapes in places whre everyone mixes weed with tobacco and other...
I hope internationals aren't gonna be the very last shipped units, like on Dec 23... That would mean Cloudless holidays for all the international trade-in with dead or no Clouds, I'm probably not the only one in that group and Cloudless holidays are the second last thing I want. Only after not...
way2: If the EVO joint is warm (OG were), it will hardly lock into a female joint. Unless water-locked or forced (both is forbidden and obviously dangerous to the bamboo).
When the female is warmer, its opposite. I get usually locked joint when I put a warm HT on a hydrafoot. The female HT...
Holy shit, a side car HT! Do want do want do want! To bad I'm broke :D I suppose sidecar arebest if you want to watch the milk! :mmmm: And these worked parts are so beautiful! Maybe one day, one day...
edit: I think turbine would be perfect splashguard for a sidecar mouthpiece. Of course the...
I believed in the "herbulence" in the OG Cloud - caused by the top restriction. But the new EVO bamboo - I just don't get how this one works. I've read here somewhere these restrictions are in the bottom of the unit. There was a reason they were on top in the OG - they made up these series of...
You're right, I am also missing a good pic of that particular perc. It is called a gridded barrel perc. And so far it seems to me to be a showerhead, but with slits like a gridded tree. I can't guarantee this is truth, as I'm also waiting for a better dry pic to satisfy my curiosity.
M00NEY: If you're completely new, there's nothing better than viewing some vids of Cloud/EVO in action, reading the manual for the unit of course, and be aware it can get too hot if you dial it too far to the right.
I like uploading pics to tinypic.com. It's free, doesn't require registrations and gives you URL for forums like this.
Also that one huge sentence is hard to read! :D Please start using punctuation.
edit: being super high is not an excuse. :)
You had probably too low temp. Oh trust me, it WORKS! It is the most powerful and consistent bowl I know of today. I get huge hits comparable to VXC (not taste-wise) and for an EQ very even and light browning. It actually cooks much more similar to the VXC instead of the OG EQ when you use VXL...
It sound to me a bit like the heat runaway issue few OG Clouds had.
Which was behaviour of heating up indefinitely regardless on the dial if I remember that correctly.
A dead senzor or something...?
That doesn't seem right at all. :(
If you can't get good hits, but either very wispy or combustion, then it can't be working right.
A properly working Cloud (EVO or not) should have completely opposite behaviour:
-Large milks on every temp
-Taste-wise, effect-wise and color-wise different on...
Hope you guys love them. I've paid 650$ for a Plus unit just like these (plus a HT of course).
The greatest vape ever for the 200 days it was alive. The only drawback was the imo abnormal drag in that unit - which I see reported here as well.
And of course the fucked up enclosure, which...
