That's a typo, thanks for bringing it to our attention. Black denotes a .08Ω rod for 3.7V only. White is 7.4V. Only white rods change resistance between generations. SR-71 - 1.5Ω +/- 0.2Ω SR-74 - 2.3Ω +/- 0.2Ω SR-74x - 2.1Ω +/- 0.2Ω

If you're using the dual coil try the single on the smaller battery. Do one thing, try it out on the full size 8 and see if that still works, in case you had ever tried to use the 8 top without the fuse in any battery configuration.
