How does it work for the “heavy user” Such as myself that do back to back to back stems; how is the heat on the stem? Can you hold /load it?

Try this too: PUCK BASE UNIT WON'T CHARGEIt may have entered a low power lockout or puck base unit charges too slow. Plug the Puck Base Unit in to charge (You must use the supplied charger and cable) After 15 seconds, disconnect the Puck from charging, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in...

The plug makes it easy unloading and loading just be careful your turn the right way (follow the water) or you can soak you bowl!
