    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

My last session with the Haze V3 - it's been cutting out. That is to say; turning itself off after being in use for a while. Battery level seems OK - no red lights before the switch-off, just abruptly powers itself off. Is this related to overheating? It was on temp level 2 and 3 for the most...

    Non-skunk

MMMMMMMM tasty tasty tasty. You know exactly what I'm talking about. I'm glad I started this thread because it's been thoroughly educational. As for @seaofgreens's points about the hydraulic press - sure, it's less than ideal. But at least it's not scary fertilizer chemicals - I'd take a bit of...

Vapes on Planes - Traveling With Vaporizers

Enough is enough. I've had it with these motherfuckin' vapes... on this motherfuckin' plane! (Has anybody said this yet?)

Psychedelic trip from vaping, how is this possible?

It's common for weed to give people "trip" like effects. The way I see it: weed, acid, x, mushrooms - all these things produce one or other degree of psychosis, that may or may not be fun. Since first trying acid, I began to notice similarities between the "psychedelic" experience and the weed...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Hazists: how do you hold your haze? Just an informal poll for my curiosity. I tend to hold mine flat (parallel to the floor), so that the contents don't rattle about the place. This is because I find it produces nice thick vapour when you pat down your herb blend a bit. Because of the heat, I...

    Non-skunk

I've since discussed this with a few people who include biology experts and long-time growers. It has generally been in agreement with what @Hashtag46&2 says; that the issue is about cultivation. So I just wanted to share my recent thoughts. In the UK, the attributes of: thick fluffy buds lack...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

There's a little piece of ABV debris fallen down into one of the holes in one of the ovens - the hole in the bottom of the oven with the non-filled-in circle, to be specific. It doesn't seem to impair the performance of the unit, but what can be done about it? For the sake of my OCD. Anything...

    History of vaporizing

@Hashtag46&2 Excellent, that's exactly the type of stuff I was after. I always thought hookahs burnt the material, at least eventually. I stand corrected.

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Very well put. I've experienced pretty much all of that; if there's one thing that keeps me coming back to combustion, it's familiarity and convenience. Half way through smoking I'll feel like "Oh damn, why did I cave? I shouldn't have done this." Or sometimes, it's because a non-vaping friend...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

When I used to use my Vaponic (glass + blowtorch), I must have been doing it wrong. Because I came home last night (a little drunk) and fired up the Haze - after a 15-20 minute session, I was psychedelically stoned! With the Vaponic, I'd never get that baked, and I didn't get that many hits...

Recommend me a portable/handheld capable of vaping herb and hash.

I went with the Haze. I haven't had any waxes or concentrates yet, but it is excellent at plant matter.

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

@scott402 You wanna weigh in on this battery issue? What's the best course of action? I get about 50-60 minutes use from each battery - I gather that's not bad. I use it for about 15-20 minutes at a time, and I get 3 sessions per battery cycle. A battery level indicator wouldn't go amiss on...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

If I could make one criticism of the Haze, it's that I wish it had the ability to be used while charging. Since it only comes with 2 batteries, and the manual recommends charging them both at the same time, there come times when I'm Hazeless. Perhaps I should buy 2 more batteries so I always...

    History of vaporizing

My first go-to source, wikipedia is pretty silent on the matter. And google only has links to a few rag-tag articles and blogs. But what is the history of the vaporizer as we know it today? I remember reading about them years ago when I was younger, less interested in health, and had no money...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Holy jesus, this is incredible. This is my first real time using an electric vape (except for one drunken drag on a magic flight launch box). God damn, am I blunted - plus I feel as healthy as a kale leaf; no unpleasant smokers' wheeze.† I filled up the herb can with some dry material, first...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Super excited - mine just arrived. I'm now waiting for the batteries to charge "for 6 to 8 hours". If I leave them charging any longer than that is it bad, or will it automatically shut off? Is there anything else I need to do? I've heard for some vaporizers, on first use you should max it out...

Reading for education, fun, or both

I feel that, all through university getting high helped me crack the books. Philosophy-wise: I was trained in the modern style of analytic, quite logico-mathematical philosophy. Reading Sartre's Nausea recently has demonstrated to me the value of philosophical novels. Since learning about...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

I've never owned a Haze before, but I'm waiting on a V3. It occurred to me that I can't see the air path from the heating chambers on the side to the mouthpiece opening at the top. How do you clean the insides? They must be pretty inaccessible. I imagine they'll get scummed up over time.
