ISO is fine. The disclaimer from DV is because it’s flammable. That being said, the best remedy for combustion aftertaste is running fresh herb through it. 30 min in ISO won’t get rid of it. ISO won’t hurt the cap, but it won’t help it either, so save your time and your ISO.

DNA “166’s” were throttled down DNA 200 chips that were made by Lost Vape. A 166 Therion was my first mod a couple of years ago...still going strong.

The premier mod that uses DNA chips are anything from Lost Vape. They utilize both the DNA 75c and the 250c. Do your version of due diligence, but I've had good luck with elementvape.com.

I’m sure the duals will be fine, as they seem to do well with the tubo evic. I have 6 different mods, ranging from a watts only to a dna 200. I use watts only, so your duals will do that as a minimum.
