I would guess the only reason MOST people have multiple hoppers is because they're worried one or two or three will break and they want a backup. I probably wouldn't own more than one if I thought they were reliable.

BBB doesn't have any actual power. It's basically just a company you pay money to to have your name on their site these days. Hopper Labs isn't affiliated with them in any way. Just look at a few different companies on there, they'll have an A+ rating with the BBB then you look at user reviews...

Heard back from HL on my warranty. Said they have no idea when I'll be getting it back "because of the virus." Funny how they're still able to produce and sell Hopper io's but can't fix someone's Hopper who has been supporting them for 5+ years now. Same old song and dance from HL...
