Greetings all...
I don't know who might remember, but a while ago there was a poster other than myself (not a lurker) who was mentioning this "double-click" oddity about the Hopper... First click on and it wasn't great performance, but click it off and then back on again and it worked great...
Greetings gang
Been off the boards just rolling along....
Can anyone tell me if the PFE screen is removable and if so how?
Any cautionary tales are welcome.
I'd like to think that vaporistas are chill folk!
Gotta say, when I got the email, my very first thought was, "Good for you, Marc, for taking the high road on this".
I'll miss using it until the fix is in, and I sure hope Marc doesn't suffer for what seems to be a very weird incident...
Well I think you have excellent taste in current devices, Moon.
I just happened by as well to scroll around and see if anything is new. It isn't.
I used to use T2 for the FW4, but I generally let it sit at T3 now; I seem to get fuller flavor; nothing as intense as the Hopper...
As has been stated since your post, where you place your lips makes all the difference. I had done the same thing when I got the hopper; "pursed" my lips on the tip of the hopper. Nope. Be sure the non-slanted part of the mouthpiece is where your lips are; there is less heat there. ALSO, the...
A week or so ago I'd polled for opinions on the PFE and decided to buy one. Just got it today...
It does exactly what I hoped... I don't use water (rarely if at all), but take periodic, LONG, single hits throughout the day. Sometimes the regular MP use feels like I'm clogged and it makes the...
Thank you, evvybuddy!
Based on all of these helpful inputs, I've decided that since I'm a one-hit type of user (umpteen times a day, I just hit once every hour or two), methinks that the PFE will be a good thing. It won't get too hot that way, and I believe I'll be able to take a draw...
Thanks, slcbdco (you know, your name is very hard to pronounce.)
The only reservation I have with the PFE is that the flow may be too much; maybe chokingly so. I imagined that I may be able to take a 'slow but short, easy, unimpeded draw". I'll take your inputs well into the mix of possible...
While I'm awake :) ,
I'm wondering - without anyone telling me to go and read the last 50 pages just to know....
Can someone offer me the answer to the following questions about the new front end please?
Is it "preferred" over the normal narrow front end, or is it for those who want to rip...
Doing Touch and Go's these days here... Nice to see everyone is being civil! :lmao:
Uh, guys, why does this "zenpen the dream" thing look just like a Hopper? I mean, if I was HL I'd be quite upset. This frame from the posted video is pretty cool, looks like what would be inside a...
Well thanks for that suggestion... it could work... I know there are measurements on those brushes, as I have a similar set but even the largest diameter on the set I have is barely an eighth of the Hopper's diameter. The second set I bought was a bit bigger, but, I would like something like a...
Hey gang...
Just a pop-in to share (what may already have been shared, sorry if so!)
Just happened to get one of those GHL emails and noticed a video posted a week ago on their "blog".
Rather than repost it, it was just a few frames of this that caught my attention.
I'd never thought about...
So I watched, and of corse I felt like I was warching an ad fir the ad's sake... so I commented and asked about maintenance videos, etc...
The responded that there will be an Ask Me Anythng (AMA) thing on Reddit this Saturday...
After reading several pages trying to "catch up" with Hopper fanfare and raspberries, this one caught my eye...
I haven't had any life-death Hopper issues since oh, 8 weeks ago (woo-hoo!). I'd thought of submitting a claim regarding sub-stellar Grey Ti performance when compared to my other Ti...
@vtac , we've never met, but welcome back, and...
I have found FC to be my favorite place to share, and while I haven't been aware of any of the concerns you've mentioned, my vibe is a big thumbs up overall to this great forum.
Thanks, gents! Seems that I'm on the right track.... I can't imagine the FW4 could ever combust at T3; drawing any slower I'd hardly be moving air!
@Mr Mellish , you pretty much use t just as I do and have the same experience. It's a great gentle vape, gives really nice flavor, too.
