I'm actually not sure what core I have. Is AirCore the regular/usual one? I didn't mention to change it when I placed the order so I would assume I have whatever you guys normally used.

AirCore I believe. I will try to find a tool and push down on the snap-ring (mine has actually worn into the wood now, if I am looking at the right ring). If these are the symptoms of aging though then I can certainly live with it. Thanks for the reassurance!
