Just read @seki ’s post, I guess I have the latest version. Picked it up during the 420 sale. My ovens fit.

My last manual vape… until the hyperdyn gets delivered. Caught it on sale, about $25 to my door, figured why not. Single flame torch, the half bowl of the B, whew this thing wrecks me! 😂😂

    Dynavap VapCap

@coolbreeze Maaaan I’m so on the fence about the HyperDyn. I do not NEED another vape, got the tempest and you saw that sweet ass setup I have for the anvil, but damn! I like it, and I like conduction. With it being all titanium do you think it’ll hold on to the heat like ss? The site says for...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I don’t have the xl cap but, I’d say yes it would / should fit. I just tried to put the tempest in the anvil (non XL) utility case. It’s only off by a few mm’s. In the pic I’m showing the tempest in the case mouthpiece first, tempest head attached to the cap.

    Manual Vape Thread

My first manual vape but, not my last. Dynavap M. Vestratto anvil thermocore / Vestratto usa / tempest 6x1mm gray o-rings / Dynavap wood xl stem / Simrell xl stinger. Forgive me if I don’t use a torch on this beast. I do have a blazer Firefox on the way tho.

Idk if it’s a trick but, I replaced the o-rings (on the stem side) with the larger gray o-rings from mad heaters. I think they’re 6x1mm. It was more secure in the revolve wood sleeve and the metal revolve “factory” sleeve but, still kind of wobbly. The anvil didn’t budge even while coughing my...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

The tempest is probably more convenient than the volcano. Sure is smaller and you’re able to conceal it a little better. It’s a heavy hitter but you can reel it back in if need be. The half a bowl setting is plenty for folks with low tolerances. You can always pack another bowl. I don’t think...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Looks good. I like having a dedicated wood sleeve for the tempest, it’s all I use on it now. Bowl screens are a good idea but, when you run through them you can grab some from amazon. There’s a link on this thread somewhere. (I’m assuming you’re in the US). I’d grab two retaining screens just...

Has anyone noticed the updated tempest manual on mad heaters site? Pretty nice, I learned some new tricks and saw there’s 2.5mm and 3mm stainless steel balls. Very interesting, that’s def going into the cart when it’s time to update the beta.

I was thinking the same thing but, didn’t want to start any mess. Would copper balls work? 2.5/3mm? Is Silver a possibility? Would it work with an induction heater?

I’ve been playing with the cascade feature on a 2020M and idk what magic (it’s engineering) is in this thing but it’s pretty nice. My settings were 1150 @ 60% on cascade. I got three cycles. My reheat’s were about four seconds (didn’t fill the fuel tank gauge if you will). All tasty puffs until...

Try 2800 @ 100% for the ThermoCore. Gives a nice dark roast perfect for nighty night. 2650 @ 100% is nice if you like daytime heaviness. I tried 1100 @ 60% on a 2020M and oooh weee! This might be a dyna night cause… conduction. I like it, nice and heavy. Makes me wonder what the hell happened...

For use with my anvil I have the screw set to where I can see three (3) threads showing from the bottom. You can adjust from the bottom with your finger (or pinching) but, it’s counterintuitive. Lefty tighty, righty loosie. So turning it (the screw) left while the wagon wheel is facing you (the...

I have no idea, I’m having too much fun getting blazed with this thing. I tried it once, it was helpful on the reheat (I think). It starts off at 200 joules (or so) and climbs to I think, your starting setting (say it’s 2800 joules) and I think it rounds back around to the 200 joule starting point.

It’s a piece of metal that screws onto the bottom of the forge (that looks like a wagon wheel) it positions the vape so you can go hands free. It can be adjusted up or down.

Did you create an account on vestrattos website? I think you can go back and sign up with the email you used when you made your purchase. I think it’ll show your order and if it’s fulfilled or not. I ordered on 420 and haven’t received an update but, their website has all my orders (fulfilled...
