Agree. I started with single flame before I knew I was supposed to start with triple flame, and will always prefer it for flavor. The triple has its place, especially outdoors or where discretion is needed (since so much faster), but for flavor chasing, single is pretty great.

Ok! 2 hour soak in cold water caused no noticeable difference to the material. I followed with hot soapy water, up to 100°, with again no effect. Dried thoroughly, and let sit 10 minutes to assure it was completely dry. Let me again say fit and finish are impressive. Material looks and feels...
