My concern is that one of the wires that goes to the light is disconnected. Does it need to be connected to complete the circuit? I was able to get power but there was a pop and now I can't. Sorry the photo isn't exactly right. If you click on it you can see it. I will edit if I figure it out.

A log is really ideal and I would buy another E-Nano, probably the NXT but I missed the sales. I am no electrician but I can't get power so I think something blew.

Well now I am pretty sure my E-Nano is "gone". Heard a pop and now wiring is disconnected so I doubt even a new socket will help me. Disappointed.

Does anyone have a sure fire why to contact Epic? I received one reply last week but no others since. I really could use the socket to see if I can repair my E-Nano.

I think I understand the basic workings when I have it open. I can get the light to go on but it won't stay so I think there is a short somewhere. If I get a new socket I will try and replace it. Thank you for the help.

I contacted them, waiting to hear back. I don't know if its just the socket since I have it put back together while opened and it doesn't make the connection properly. I think its done.
