The stock TM stem, if you push the cooling unit back it has a pretty huge bowl. It extracts less evenly if you overfill, but it's big bowl and easy to refill. That easy refill makes it easier to hit back to back bowls.

If they don’t continue to sell the 8, I bet there could be a small market for people who prefer that battery style. I abhor the 8’s battery and am thrilled that the 9 is user replaceable. But I could see the 8 becoming more valuable for that niche market

As a community, I feel like most can agree that battery life sucks in ultra cold weather. And that trying to fiddle with a lighter when it's ultra windy sucks. But both can be awesome in most other situations. But yeah, I can't speak for everyone.
