I don't consider changing screens weekly excessive at all. I change them about every two or three sessions. Poor air flow decreases performance, and screens are cheaper than herb, especially when you re-use them

I have an Ascent, and I would not consider it particularly efficient. I'd suggest looking at a desktop if you're a heavy user.
