I just received the 5/16 inch inner diameter silicon tubing I ordered from Amazon. so far so good. That size works well with my vapes. The price was reasonable and shipping was free.
I also have trouble getting consistent results from the Vapman. Of the 3, the Sticky Brick is the easiest to learn, IMO, and is my favorite on demand vape these days. The Lotus flavor is better, but the technique is very specific.
Like others on here, I’ve been using the 18mm m/m adapter with the LSV for years. I prefer it with a bubbler for stability.
congrats on your discovery.
That’s a shame. I prefer it over my SSV and I like my SSV a lot. I’m glad I have 2 LSVs. I just started experimenting using the LSV with a pinnacle water tube and the results were outstanding.
are you sure the ceramic rod is high enough inside the heater cover? If you look straight into the heater cover you should be able to see the top of the rod glowing
that‘s awesome. You’re a good friend.
I like the flavor of whole nugs too. After the first hit or two, I poke some holes in the nug to expose more of the terps.
I have a French press that I use exclusively for water curing my abv. THC isn't water soluble, so I'm not worried about losing potency.
After making coconut oil and tinctures with and without curing, I can say that the flavor is a lot better when you water cure. Mostly I notice that you don't...
They're both good, so it depends on where you are in your vaporizing journey and how you intend to use it.
The Runt hits like a brick but requires a little finesse with a butane torch to get good results. It's not a beginner's vape.
The Arizer is more of a sipper, but it's also dead simple to...
Having used the Lotus helped me with the SB Runt. The principles are similar. Aim a 1/2 inch torch flame just inside the intake tube, agled downward, give it a couple of seconds and hit it. Control the heat by backing off a little on the flame and feathering the carbererator.
All vapes produce some odor. There’s no getting around it. Is there a way you can circulate the air in your apartment to diffuse the vapor?
Log vapes require minimal herb and probably produce less odor than most vapes — certainly less than the Pax.
The Sticky Bricks will take you right up to the combustion line, and right over it if you're not mindful.
I feel like you have better control with vapes like this just hitting them dry until your instincts develop.
I own several butane vapes, like the Lotus and Vapman, as well as the Dynavap...
