I needed to send it back at my cost as well. It was $15 with $250 worth of insurance from New York. After the had received it, it took them two business days to send it back.

What if I find the 2019 and 2020 superior so I have no desire to use the 2018? How does the 2018 compare to the next 2 years? I’ve heard that its just more restricted airflow that leads to less vapor production.

Hey there FC, I have the chance to trade a dry herb device I do not use for a 2018 M. I already have a 2019 and 2020 M. Because of having the newer M’s, will this 2018 M be another device on my shelf that doesn’t get used?

I had this exact problem. I contacted the customer service about it. They asked if I dropped it or if I tried to force the lid closed with the micro basket. I said no and they had me send it to them for repair.

Maybe someone here will know. Maybe I’ll just post to Ask FC. For cloud chasers, would you recommend Arizer Air 1 or 2. Or is there no vapor density/ cloud production difference and it’s all features.

I’m also getting screens and the new basket. I’d like to bring out the potential of the device.

If you ever have a problem with your unit and send it in for a warranty replacement, I’m sure they will add in the dosing basket and have you only pay $5 and no shipping for the screen and throw them in with your replacement unit.
