USPS has totally gone to shit. I had the same notice for two days after it was delivered! Their tracking is generally worthless. I've had them say packages were delivered (which weren't delivered to me) that were "scanned" as delivered...obviously to some place else. But since it was "scanned"...

I think US warranty returns go to a place in Washington. I had to send in a Solo a couple of years ago and for US owners it went to Washington and Canada owners went back to Arizer direct. Probably has to do with Postal regulations I would expect. ~
