I typically pre-heat for 10-12 seconds before hitting through water, 6-8 seconds before dry hits. Once the body is warm those numbers go down a little. Personally I think its perfect. I've only combusted once, if it ran any hotter I don't think I would like this vape as much.

I tried last week to use the web form and got no answer. This week I emailed rbtvape.service@gmail.com and got a response from Shiela a day or so later. According to her my Milaana will ship out next week and PayPal should email me when it does.
