I get like 5 hits from a bowl that ends up looking like half a bowl, after I am done. That is because I don't pack it at all, and I also have a screen in there, that makes the space smaller. If you want a longer experience, start at 2, get 5 hits...Then turn it up to 7 and get another 5 hits...
