We left St.Pete in 09 for Montana and ain't ever going back. It was like moving to another country in another time. 😆 I went back down to Live Oak to wrap up a property in June of 13 and the misery........oh my.

I grew up in south Florida without AC........now if it goes above 67 degrees and or 25% humidity it feels like hell. 😖 Blackout curtains and AC in the mountains seems to be working here,good luck!
