I do question @Hopper Labs decision to allow a higher power unit out in the wild with a questionable power source. I know some electronics are very sensitive to a good power supply, audio amplifiers for example, and will fry if driven hard with low power. What if the Hopper is the same way? I...

Doesn’t seem likely to be a battery issue in this case. All three batteries did not stop working, all in the same manner, at the same time.

I tend to agree. I have doused entire Hoppers in contact cleaner with only positive or neutral results. I can’t imagine the IO being more delicate.

I have never needed any more than a dampened swab to clean my Hopper’s chamber.

Still there for me. Looks like you can still order OG Hoppers in SS and Ti.

I have some Hopper pieces I will try this with. Thanks. edit: My grey Ti Hopper was acting up so I got a new back end from HL. I keep forgetting to send in my original back end so I cleaned the threads with ISO and a Q-tip and it is working great again. They didn’t even look dirty!! thanks again!
