I get the role that pleasurable sensations can have in creating psychological dependence on a substance, but I think the medical industry is wrong and a bit sick in its desire to make sure nothing anyone takes feels “too good” in their opinions. :disgust: I don’t think I often reach the level...

@77carrera3 Thanks for posting! I was actually trying to find out about the one listed above it, but that one’s easy to overlook because it doesn’t have a picture next to it like the other two do. In case anyone with a subscription wants to share some details, I’m wondering what they claim...

Since that first article is behind a paywall, can you tell us a little about what this new drug actually does?

    What constitutes a microdose?

I think micro-dosing is generally seen as anything below a threshold dose (where you start to notice clear effects), but I’d probably include that level in my personal definition. That level is obviously different for different people or at different times with different tolerances, so my...

Gathering thoughts on a concept for a future vaporizer.

That’s a pretty interesting idea! I am hoping I’ll be good with the Toad/Nomad for portables in general, and I think they’re the more practical for every day use, but if you have the time and space to sit down and use a kit like that it could be great! Unless you had help making both at once...

What's a worthy replacement for the vapexhale evo?

The other FlowerPots are heavy hitters, so it should be too. :)

Looking for least smelly vape under $200 for at-home use in complex with no-marijuana policy

I don’t agree with Shit Snacks 100% of the time, but he’s one of the best people to listen to here. That guy who first mentioned the V3 Pro to you usually isn’t too bad either.

What's a worthy replacement for the vapexhale evo?

I haven’t tried the FlowerPot Pro (although I use the FlowerPot VRod or ShowerHead all the time), but it should be another good option for someone who wants a solid desktop and doesn’t like the look of the other coil based stuff. To me the best thing about the Evo would be the glass air and...

    Cannabis News

@JBone65 When there is a lot of supply from a lot of sources, competition on price is a real thing. There is no truly “free market” though, especially for a product with so many legal issues, and if there was one it would quickly turn into Billionaire X’s WeedMart controlling the market. Then...

“Stakeholders”…AKA wealthy people and their companies and lobbyists, not the many millions of people who are affected beyond just financially by our cannabis laws. :cuss: What we prioritize as a society is disgusting. :disgust:

    The Toad from Morwood

Of course, maybe I should have put a little more separation between your walk in the rain and the idea of dropping it in a puddle, although it sounds like even a bit of time in a puddle probably wouldn’t do lasting damage which is good to hear! I was mostly fishing for info like what...

    The Toad from Morwood

I’d worry about getting the wood very wet, but I think the sleeve can take a bit of moisture? I think @Arawfish ’s walk in the rain should be fine, and it’s good to hear it went well, but if it fell into a puddle or something like that I think you’d want to get it out and dry as soon as...

Gathering thoughts on a concept for a future vaporizer.

@Dan Morrison Sorry, I probably wasn’t clear enough about the bimetallic disc thing being a suggestion for salvaging the original idea of this thread by allowing you to use a torch or other heating method on the heat battery and still hit the right temp. :) Sounds like you’re pretty done with...

Gathering thoughts on a concept for a future vaporizer.

When I read this I was literally working on exactly this idea in Fusion 360. I picked up my phone to find pictures of the heater in the Nomad thread, and I looked at this thread first. I’ve actually been thinking about sending you that idea for a while, I just thought it might be better to...

Gathering thoughts on a concept for a future vaporizer.

If you don’t want to pursue this one, I get it. You have valid points there for sure. I do think that it’s possible to make something pretty cool out of this idea, but I also think there are a lot of other things you could do that would be at least as interesting. Whatever you decide to try...

    The Toad from Morwood

Hah…true, but it’s not something I assume, especially from small shops, so I didn’t think to include it. Anyway, I think it’s normally $25 for shipping. :)

    The Toad from Morwood

Those are optional though, which I mentioned…I’d at least get a couple of extra glass stems, but someone who’s good with the stock setup could get it for less than $350 USD shipped, even with a few extra stems and some balls to fill them with. Also, most places don’t include shipping in the...

    The Toad from Morwood

So far $300 for the solid colors and gradients, or a bit more for the ones with more painting on them. I don’t think any have gone over $400 yet unless you count accessories like a case or wooden stem.

What's the best portable for my specific needs? Mighty+, Bowle, TinyMight or??

Glad you’re enjoying it! I just wanted to mention that while I guess you can use it while it’s charging, that’s not the best thing for batteries…do a lot of people do that with the TB? It sounds like it works, I’d just try to minimize that kind of use just to protect the built-in battery.
