You are not REQUIRED to use a screen at all. They dont come with screens either. The stems have 2 or 4 holes but some flowers can sneak by when drawing from the stem. Its strictly preferrnce so no worries if u dont have screens.

Im going to order my solo from puffitup.... i ordered my MFLB from them and have had/heard nothing but great things bout their cust.service. and at $160.... id much rather pay just a lil more money for peace of mind
