Temperature control and Torch powered vapes

I use a Vapcap daily and have never scorched my bud by observing the click, but I use an induction heater. I can’t help but feel there’s something wrong with your technique. I also have a sticky brick runt that I enjoy very much. But there is a brief learning curve - with a little practice it...

    E-Nano from Epickai

Well, I went ahead and sprung for the carb adapter with a stopper. It works great with the nano, as well as all my vapes. Since I vape almost exclusively thru water, I think it was money well spent. :smug:

Thanks, I did see that one, I just thought it might be cumbersome to keep my finger over the hole. I'll have to give this some more thought now. :/

I like that one too, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting, as it has been O/S for a while now. I signed up over a year ago to be informed when it's available - nothing but crickets. Oregon Glass Blower does have a similar, but more expensive 18mm version for $42 Here. That's the size that I...

Has Anyone Heard From DDave Lately?

And I just happened to have made my first ever order from him today, haha. I guess we'll see. :uhoh:

What was your first experience with vaping?

My first vaping experience was with a lightbulb contraption that I built at least 20 yrs ago, after seeing the plans on the internet or somewhere. When I first tried it, I didn't know what the hell I was doing, but I remember a 'minty' taste and getting buzzed. 😁 And for some unknown reason I...

My Vapcaping toys. The tiny bubbler is perfect for the Nonavong and the heaters have been rock-solid for over a year. :smug:

I think the manufacturer of the glass changed at some point. I ordered another WPA as a backup and it was a bit longer than the orginal, which was fine but it way too loose on the heating element. I contacted them and it was quickly replaced. The replacement fit but the end that goes in the bong...

Thanks, it's working now. I swear I tried that before and it didn't work. Excellent!

About NewFC: how we got here and where we hope to go

This new site is a fantastic idea. Big props to everyone involved! A question: Is there any way to have a white background instead of black? There was an option on the old site but I don't see it here. I'm probably the only person in the world who's not a fan of dark mode, it hurts my eyes for...

The socket that the cord plugs into is called a C8 panel mount power socket, similar to this. They're cheap plastic, so I guess that's why they sometimes break. If all else fails, they're not difficult to replace. I think the cord / connector is the biggest shortcoming of the nano. After...

What's an efficient, durable, reliable home vaporizer?

If you would like something not made of plastic, with no electronics, batteries or moving parts to fail, try something in the Sticky Brick line. They hit hard and are ready to go on a moments notice.

Maybe some extra screens, and the stand comes in handy too. I have the long adjustable stem but mostly run mine thru water, so it doesn't get used much. Have fun!

    No body high

I know everyone is different, but for me, the full-body, narcotic effects are directly related to the strain that I'm vaping, more so than anything else. I prefer heavy indica, Afghani type strains for nighttime medicating. As a former long-time combustor, I still get these same effects with my...
