Okay... that's what I was expecting. Although, like you mentioned, you're going to test positive even if you're not actually under the influence in that moment. And for a medical user, who regularly uses, will always test positive. Would be great if there was any way to assess these situations...

Another question for the medical users in the US: How is it handled with driving a car? Are you allowed to drive under influence? Or is this just impossible, even with a medical mj card? Does it make a difference if you have one and get hold up by cops when driving?
