Only the cap will fit. The tip + cap is too long for the smaller chamber. Yep! Anodized Aluminum

I just tested this out. Amazingly enough, you can fit a cap in there perfectly. (This wasn’t even planned) However, because of the little wing of the tip, I’m not sure how well the herbs will stay put inside of the cap inside of small compartment.
