I'm a little confused. Are they round or do they have a small cup? Are they more difficult to empty and clean?

I was under the impression that it is not a good idea to remove the bottom so I have loosened the screw a few turns and lightly twist the case to burnish the points. I assume that you are removing the bottom to use an eraser. Does that cause any problems? Thanks.

Is there anywhere to buy the TM glass stems besides Finland? I love my glass chair mat but I've dropped and busted two tubes on it so far.

Good advice. It's hard to imagine how the button could have been hit in a rapid enough succession to turn it on. It most likely was on for the entire trip.

I read a thread a while back that said you don't want the screw to come loose. I've been turning about 3 full turns.

How many ccw turns can I make when loosening the base before the screw comes out?

Sometimes a slight movement of my finger on the button restarts my TM

Did he make any improvements to the button?

The power loss happens so gradually that I didn't notice even though I have had to perform the process a couple of times previously. Now I will keep my Torx wrench nearby and pay closer attention. Immediate improvement of vapor!

You won't believe this...I just unexpectedly received a brand new TM and a couple more stems that I did not order. Like many others, I was having a challenge getting service. I sent a couple of emails and got my original TM back in about 6 weeks along with several stems and a couple of dosing...

So if I understand you correctly, the best performance will be from a Sony VTC6? I don't understand the ratings of batteries and how they relate to the TM...is more a. better? Is there an optimum amp rating? When his hardware is the best we'll tolerate other shortcomings.

There was no paperwork included so I don't know what they did. I'm sure it is my original. I think they replaced the small o rings. what is wpa/
