Just a guess , slow your inhale . you may be sucking too hard and inhaling the wax off the coils and onto the sides . This pen works for me , it's been my dd for portable dabbing . what about the warranty ? I thought they offered to help .

Sorry to hear that you're having issues . But I don't think it's the amount , that's causing the problem of No vapors. You can see it heat up and melt the wax . So it seems to have power , at least . But can you actually see vapors forming ? Do you have good air flow ? No blockage ? Also ...

Agree , I would like to add good maintenance of your vape . Keep your airpath/stems/whips/heating chamber clean , resin free . Resins can def. alter and compromise your flavor and taste .
