I'm more worried about possible reclaimy vapors getting on the bulb (generally known as a weak point on halogens right) compounded by glass balls banging on it (seems most ball vapes leave some expansion room etc) I'm probably not going in on the first run, but definitely watching this space.

Are the glass balls in contact with the bulb? Do they rattle at all? I'm wanting a better portable for hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, I really like the idea of this, but am guessing it'd be too fragile for this type of use.

Problem solved. This one is missing the black spacer on the nozzle. It must have fallen out somewhere. Watch out for that! Torch is useless now, maybe I can fab up something.

Yes, but its a good reminder. I just noticed that it's missing a piece that fits into the nozzle. My FF that works has it, the other doesn't. A blackish spacer around the inner nozzle. Welp, maybe I can find that part, maybe not!

Barely used Firefox all of a sudden won't light. It's out of warranty, I'm guessing the piezo ignition is bad. Anybody fix one of these before? I thought I'd ask before I potentially ruin this 1 Tia,

2 Anvil bowls has a Much Bigger effect for me than 2 equal sized Dynavaps (19m and 21 VonG) with roughly equal abv at the end. The Anvil does generally stay home tho
