I recently purchased a HR Edge and did so through their website. Works well. Don't use a case and my Edge has held up very well without one. They're a hard company to talk poorly about from what I've experienced.

Sorry to hear that! My guess is that using the capsules helps avoid this problem. My experience with this company has been different. Loved my Fury (not in rotation but still works) and love my Edge (use it just about every day and still going strong after several years). Never use capsules...
