Nesta - the best way to unlock it is to make sure you don't put too much pressure when using it. I'm sure you know that by now. Really gently rock it back and forth. If all else fails, just let everything cool off completely before trying again.

More times than not, that shaking sound is the mesh screen underneath the top grill of the EVO. Some of them are a little looser and can rattle a little if you shake the EVO. We just suggest not shaking it :)
