I don't have the tricked out version. Just a regular plain ol' HL, sitting on the HydraFoot 2.0 . . . wish it was taller like yours (that's not a 2nd piece on top, is it?), but it still does its job just fine. ;) (And, yes, this baby needs its diaper changed.)

Good question/test. I neglected to mention in my previous reply that I set my Evo to 1-1:30, at which I get excellent vapor. This is the sweet spot on many if not most units. I agree with @Baron23 that if you're getting good vapor between 1-2, sounds OK.

Dunno the red cap material, but a number of folks have posted here that they use it as a cleaning stopper. I don't think it's a problem if using ISO. Fwiw I found a very small cork stopper that worked at my local Ace Hardware. :myday::peace:

The bottom of the EVO bamboo is about 5mm. So the x-small would probably work, although it would be tight. Fwiw, you can do ISO cleaning of the bamboo with q-tips, unless you've somehow got crud inside the heat chamber (the middle section). So you are not combusting on max but wonder if...

I was just using my HydraTree and HydraLine the past couple evenings. I still love the smoothness of the HT and the ice fun with the HL, which is also very smooth. Sometimes I mount these atop my Hydrafoot 2.0 (which itself has ~30 slits on its big circ), inverting my EVO. Huge but...

Yo @newVaper420 , been a while. Oh no :argh: you broke your Evolver HydraTree! Only a small number of us have that baby, and now yours has left us. :rip: I still use this HT more than my other glass. So smoooooth and perfectly balanced. I think that would upset me more than breaking my EVO...

I have a Fanatic Vectra unit from the campaign. The entire guts were upgraded during a warranty service about a year later - bamboo, heater, firmware. My unit is used daily and still performs flawlessly. :myday::peace:
