Hopper came straight from hopper labs. Only used it once before I had issue. However, everything is good. I feel I have to blow it out with the compressed air more than ever. But it’s been working. When I screw the backend on, the red light comes on. Weird.

Ok update. Device definitely runs hot but no combustion yet. Was accidentally on temp 4 but no combustion but flavor was terrible. Had a scare. Just red lights. No blue light. No heating up. Sprayed some compressed air in, back to working. Let’s give this baby another shot at 3.2 or so.

Ok I made it through one bowl no combustion. That's progress LOL. I was in between 3 and 4.... I don't think I'm going to go much higher LOL. 4 might be limit. I'll keep posting results. Why is this thing so damn good. LOL :-). So ripped right now from that one bowl. Damn it Hopper Labs...

I've never taken the hopper through security at a concert, but definitely on a plane. No issues there.

New body incoming. No response to the rest of my inquiries.

As opposed to Mario, they have yet to respond to me. Also, my full unit was sent back, and they sent me back a full unit. Lastly, as Razshiro says, I've never had combustion before this RMA shit started happening.

They didn’t even send me back my same hopper. The one I got had mismatched metal parts, the backend seemed a little dented and the number was completely different. And yet I was willing to overlook all that if it worked LOL

Too late to edit previous post. Just got September email update. Seems like such a slap in the face.

Yeah, it's really pretty incredible. At some point, if I keep paying for shipping, I'll call this product a loss. And just throw it in the drawer. If it doesn't work, it can't be the best. :-(

Oh Mario... didn't I say this was gonna happen. It happened to me too :-(. I just can't believe they sent me back a device that combusts at every setting. :-(
