You are correct. I'm one of the Backers who toke advantage of getting an extra unit, but both are for me. I figure if the vape is as good as has been reported and failures are common, it's best to have a backup! Yes, just got them today! Top is Titainum and bottom is SS.

I think you should do some more reading on the topic. Only some parts are sourced from China and they are 100% being assembled in Colorado. Without the 3D printed heater, which is made in the USA, the Grasshopper would not have the almost instant heat up time. I stand by my previous statement.

While you are correct about vapes being copied by Chinese manufacturers, it is highly doubtful that they would be able to reverse engineer this multi sourced part vape at this stage, especially their 3D printed heater design.

Nice conspiracy theory, but highly doubtful.

The Crafty has about a 40 minute run time between charges so you will get about 4 sessions per charge. It does have a one minute auto shut off, which means if you do not take a hit within one minute, it will shut off. I find this feature useful as if you forget, your meds aren't getting wasted.

The GH is on another level compared to the Pax 2. Thick flavorful vapor in 5 seconds!

I'm not really worried about bringing the vape there, it's the return trip to the US that scares me.

Look back through this thread and try using the bottlecap screen method on the lid. This seems to be the best mod that provides vapor even on the lowest setting without hot spots.

I have traveled to the DR with an imag plus and gifted it to the gentleman I purchased some herb from on the beach at the end of my trip. I walked around the resort and on the beach using the vape and no one gave me a second look. I'm going back in a couple of months and am considering...

I am a Dec 11th backer and I just received my address confirmation email last night as well. I still don't think they will ship until some time in February as some who received notification mid December still have not received theirs.
