Can you rephrase that, it's hard to understand? Power mode works with Tubo firmware no config needed but TCR is easy to do if you have Tubo compatible device. TCR is notably better experience than power in my experience and based on conversations with others.

Yeah I've got 3 Evics and none run the same deck at the same settings. Mods definitely don't seem to operate the same amongst each other. Even same brand, firmware seems to also change responsiveness.

I have one, don't really see any clever use of airflow like you mention. Air comes in on all sides where the door isn't sealing and doesn't get diffusion or air directed anywhere other than direct into the glass path. The bucket however can get hot quick upto 400C+ easy.
