@StormyPinkness thanks for your feedback. The thought on giving the TopHats some space to fit is that it pulls the load away from the heat source to offset any combustion potential. After using these things now exclusively with my Tubo Evic, I am all about not grinding at all with the system.

Sounds like your battery cover may have came apart during shipping. Ideally the way this should be setup is the top piece should be the brass screw followed by a toothed copper washer, then the large copper battery cover, then a silver washer, then the guitar pick, then another silver washer...

I don't think the glass would be an issue unless you put enough heat to it to melt it, which would be pretty damn intense for a butane torch. I have more glass ordered but it will likely be a few weeks. Or do you already have our 14:19?

It's a tight fit on the 19mm end. I don't know if there is space between the wood and the glass for anything to fit.

@funkyjunky this thing is a gem. I haven't really done anything with it besides turn it on, adjust the temperature a few degrees, invert the display and cruise. It rips hard as you want to go with it. Well done! Efficiency wise this can put the micro in microdose. Thank you for easing the VAS!

@muunch just don't cram it full. I leave a few mm gap so no material gets in contact with the screen, just the glass.
