Just be careful with stress on that joint moving forward. Don't stand the unit upright with a stem inserted, use the guitar pick and lay it on its side. Don't walk around with a stem inserted in your pocket. Don't expose to extremes beyond the thermal cycling already occurring like extreme cold.

I took it right from the RBT Milaana Project. Not sure could just be a typo there? I'll have to check with RBT and webmaster.

No difference, just refreshing text as I add new units. I guess 45 was my mistake or the specification or rating changed on RBTs side cause I wouldn't have pulled it out of nowhere.

Sorry, I mean hit during finishing process by RBT, not by you.

My guess is that area that is darker was hit with some tongue oil/beeswax and maybe was hit with the sander but the rest of the unit looks dry like it wasn't hit as much when looking at the wood. My guess is that some wood oil or conditioner might even it out but I can't be 100% certain...

Not sure if water would be your best choice. What did you get on the Milaana?

I was made aware of this going on for a few months now. I spent months working with RBTs glass in both female joints and male stems. The specification is for US joints in the Milaana, not ISO 26mm joints. Not sure how someone can call a manufacturer's quality control into question on a device...
