    Concentrates for Noobs - Q&A

I have a Puffco hot knife as well but it feels very fragile compared to the el-cheapo tip that I have mounted on a Quaser 510 battery, about 15 bucks a pair and much sturdier, I got mine here...

    Ispire Wand, enail&vaporizer

You could use a sharpie and colour-in near the affected area on the other batteries you might try and see if they rub before getting to the damage stage if you don't have calipers to measure them precisely.

What is your main use case for a dab mat?

I use my neoprene DAAB mat as a mouse pad and the silicone sheets for rosin collecting and stopping stuff from falling thru the cracks in my workbench vape area.

    Concentrates for Noobs - Q&A

I find I am twaxing a lot more than dabbing since getting into ball vapes,

Try a different set of batteries if you can...most 18650 batteries are 18.25mm in diameter or smaller (some of the ones I just measured anyway).

    XVape XLUX ROFFU

I just tried with my 3x units and I can still draw while the inlet holes are covered (it just slows down the draw speed for me). The only time I have had no airflow was when I assembled the CU silicone incorrectly.:2c:

    JCVAP "Pockety"

Not in my experience, no mention anywhere here of temp swings, the thermocouple keeps things constant(same as Peak Pro), pretty sure the Cricket does not use that tech...I gave up on dabbing off Ti a while ago, its ok but there are better surfaces available now.:2c:

    JCVAP "Pockety"

Just about forgot that I own a Peak Pro (no Puffco 3d but do have the JCVAP ruby, SIC and others for it that are far better than stock IMO), so nice having full temp control on the vape...I do like the Puffco ball cap on the Pockety though.

Sorry to hear of your problems, electronics can sometimes just 'break'. As @vapviking advised, you will have better luck with your problem by talking directly to customer service and letting them know you want the replacement... Phone: 9095171100

    OLD MATE (formerly Medgrind)

Medical grade 304S/S (OMD standard fare) will be OK in the dishwasher, my special order 316S/S (I own a boat and live by the sea so do not like any stainless under 316) should definitely be fine. Most cutlery is only 404 or lesser corrosion resistance than 304 and cutlery seems to handle being...

    XVAPE Fyra Dabstar Edition

As this is a new release it does not have the discount, sorry about that, I did mention in the 420 sales the code worked for almost everything except new releases. It is a great way to know when it is cool enough to touch, the silicon makes it possible to manipulate the tip easily while hot...

    XVAPE Fyra Dabstar Edition

Slightly, Qomo is 1350mAh...definitely convection...clouds straight after pre-heat, I am on the blue setting (200C/395f). I just did my first battery test. 12x capsules, each with a pre-heat and 3x puff activations per pod on the blue setting before the red light indicated I had hit under 30%...

    XVape XLUX ROFFU

True, I occasionally like the added conduction but do not like the smaller herb load size as a rule. The genuine XVAPE capsules having more mass (no mesh) than the POTV add even more conduction and adds another arrow in the Roffu quiver, quite a fun vape for tinkerers.

    OLD MATE (formerly Medgrind)

I have been saving iso from cleaning grinders and mason jars for years that I will never get around to evaporating off and reclaiming so I think your dishwasher idea might make more sense, I would leave the bearing in mine as it is an all-ceramic job with no lube though.

    XVAPE Fyra Dabstar Edition

XVAPE has released the Fyra, a new tri-use vape, concentrate, dry herb(convection), and oil cart, https://player.vimeo.com/video/799677038?h=cfee69a92a I have only had the unit a few days for testing but so far so good, I have been using herb directly in the oven or in the supplied...

Bearing Puller, out of stock, https://oldmatedesigns.com/products/bearing-press-puller You may have ordered the orange NTN bearing, this is a HD bearing that does not spin as freely when new but will bed in, it will never spin for as long as others but will last many lifetimes in this job.

    XVape XLUX ROFFU

The relationship between XMAX and XVAPE, we are under the same umbrella company, the biggest difference is XVAPE is our direct brand that is ONLY proprietary tech and design for XVAPE. As for XMAX, that is our OEM/ODM label that we can share those devices and technology with other brands if the...

Portable dry herb vape with a BIG load

For plug-in convection, the Plenty can hold over 4g in a wide flat bowl, hard to beat once you mod the Plenty for higher temps, my 18mm injector gets close but no cigar, I want to try one of those 22mm Zeal Ball vapes as they might beat it with less herb...the Plenty likes a big feed to work...

    Herb Grinders

Unless you have owned them...as some motorcycle-riding dude in Australia would say, never ASSUME. My OMD ground material is as good as (BCG) or better than (the rest) of any ground material from any grinder I have used/owned. The ease of grinding can only be beaten by something electric and if...

Titanium (grade 5 below) would be better than S/S and I prefer 316S/S to medical grade 304S/S that most S/S grinders are made from:2c: https://oldmatedesigns.com/products/titanium-aroma-3
